What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
 
Why do the products have to be shipped “Signature Required”?
We ship products Signature Required under the Seller’s Choice (when applicable) and Hassle Free programs because we cannot guarantee the security of deliveries to residential addresses if UPS leaves the packages without obtaining a signature. 
 
Can the products be shipped to an office?
Yes. Participants under the Seller’s Choice (if participant sells a minimum of $250 of products) and Hassle Free programs may have products shipped to their office, their home, a neighbor’s home or any other place that is convenient for them. If shipping to the office, participant should check with their employer to make sure it’s okay. In most instances, it’s okay.
 
Can we get the products before six weeks?
In most cases yes. We simply give ourselves a six-week window in case of any unforeseen delays with payment, collecting order forms, manufacturing or shipping. We will work with Groups to ensure products arrive in a timely manner.
 
Can we schedule a delivery date before the fundraiser starts? 
At best CGS can give an approximate delivery date, because we do not know when we will receive payment or payment verification. There could be a delay in collecting order forms from participants, etc. Once CGS receives and verifies payment, CGS will order products and schedule delivery with the Group’s Coordinator. 
 
Do we need to complete and sign a fundraiser agreement?
Yes, but only for the catalog/brochure product fundraisers. Completing a fundraising agreement lets all parties know what to expect of each other and how the transactions will take place. 
 
Can we track our shipments?
Yes. Once orders have been shipped and UPS (or other courier service) assigns tracking numbers, CGS will send tracking numbers to the Coordinator if requested.
 
Can CGS guarantee our product delivery date?
No, unfortunately CGS cannot guarantee your scheduled delivery date. If any fundraising company tells you they can guarantee delivery on the scheduled date, they are being unrealistic at best. We will do everything within our power to make sure your products are shipped in a reasonable amount of time to get to you on your scheduled delivery date. However, we cannot be responsible for events that are beyond our control such as accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, etc that may interfere with delivery.
 
If an unforeseen event delays delivery, the Group’s Coordinator will be notified as soon as possible and we will work with the Coordinator to re-schedule delivery. 
 
What happens if a product is damaged during shipping?
CGS will replace any product that has been damaged during shipping. If products are shipped to the Group, the Group’s Coordinator should complete the Discrepancy Form within three weeks of delivery and fax it to CGS at (301) 627-6146 and we will send a replacement.
 
However, if products are shipped to the seller, the seller should contact CGS directly at 1-877-574-4241. 
 
What happens if a customer is not satisfied with a product?
CGS has quality products, with excellent craftsmanship. However, if a customer is not completely satisfied, we will offer them another product or give them their money back. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
