Seller’s Choice (available to schools only) — The Seller’s Choice program model is one of CGS’ unique and innovative programs. This program model offers FREE fundraising kits (includes fundraising brochure, order form and money collection envelop) and FREE shipping. The Seller’s Choice program model offers sellers who have sales of $250 or more the option to have their products shipped to the group/organization, to their workplace, home or any other place of convenience.

Products shipped to addresses other than to the group, will be shipped “Signature Required” via UPS or other carrier service and will usually arrive within 14 days of order being placed. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please see Terms and Condition for further details. Products shipped to the school will arrive within six weeks. Schools with less than 100 participants receive 40% of the proceeds and schools with 100 or more participants receive 45% of the proceeds. (See Seller’s Choice Profit Chart) A prize program is available for this model.

How it works:

  1. Complete and sign the General Fundraising Agreement. (Make sure to include the number of fundraising kits needed.)
  2. Once CGS receives your fundraising agreement, we will confirm the dates (start and end) of your fundraiser.
  3. CGS will send to the group’s coordinator a Coordinator’s Information Package (draft letter to parents/participants, Coordinator’s Instruction Sheet and Group Tally Form), fundraising kits (fundraising brochure, order form, prize brochure, if applicable, and money collection envelop) and a pre-paid return package.
  4.   Group holds a Fundraising Kick Off and/or distributes fundraising kits.
  5. Participants begin selling on the fundraiser start date and continue until the end of the fundraiser.
  6. On the set date, participants turn in order forms and money collected.
  7. Coordinator tallies all orders and money collected. It is best to pre-arrange volunteers to help with this task.
  8. Coordinator sends to CGS in the pre-paid package, all order forms, payment and Group Tally Form. Payment amount depends on the number of participants. Groups with fewer than 100 participants keep 40% of the proceeds and sends to CGS 60% of the proceeds. Group with 100 or more participants keep 45% of the proceeds and sends to CGS 55% of the proceeds.

Payment should be made in the form of a business check, cashiers or official check, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
  9. Once payment is confirmed, CGS will call to confirm Tally Total and will schedule the delivery of your products.
  10. CGS will deliver products on the agreed upon date. Products will be pre-sorted as directed by coordinator.
  11. CGS will follow-up with the coordinator.

Hassle Free (available to schools only) — The Hassle Free program model is truly innovative and puts the Fun back in Fundraising. Under this program model, all products will be delivered to the sellers at the addresses specified on the order forms, which could be their home, office, or other place of convenience. There is no minimum number of participants and no minimum amount to sell.

The school or PTA/PTO does not have to gather volunteers to separate or distribute products and parents do not have to go to the school to pick up products. Products will be delivered “Signature Required” via UPS or other carrier service and will usually arrive within 14 days of order being placed. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Schools receive 40% of proceeds. (See Hassle Free Profit Chart) A prize program is available with this model.
